Nikki O'Dell is a bilingual (Spanish-English) executive, visionary strategist, and founder of Talentology, LLC, a niche business solutions firm that integrates talent, training, technology, and translation to help agencies and enterprises modernize legacy systems, optimize operations, and drive measurable outcomes with long-lasting impacts. Under her leadership, Talentology has become a trusted strategic partner to government and corporate clients, delivering targeted solutions that advance sustainability, efficiency, and inclusive economic growth. Nikki brings deep expertise in building agile, equity-driven, unified ecosystems, with over two decades of experience connecting human capital strategy, professional development, marketing, multimedia production, and ESG-aligned operations. She has led the design and deployment of scalable training programs and workforce systems that align people strategy with mission objectives. Her bilingual capability and rosscultural fluency have positioned her as a key asset in multilingual and multicultural environments, where she has bridged communication gaps and led critical business initiatives to connect public and private industries with diverse communities and stakeholder groups. Nikki's leadership extends beyond the boardroom. As Executive Director of Built To Serve, INC., she has spearheaded community-focused initiatives addressing food insecurity, housing access, and entrepreneurship among marginalized populations. Before founding Talentology, she drove institutional change in the public education sector, designed district-wide curricula and training, and created pioneering community support programs across Virginia school systems. In her early career at ICMA-RC (now MissionSquare Retirement), Nikki catalyzed organizational transformation by developing the firm’s first Hispanic Services Division nationwide —bringing the company into regulatory compliance and opening new channels for investor engagement. Nikki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish with a minor in Women’s Studies from Old Dominion University and an Advanced Certificate in Spanish Studies from the University of Costa Rica, San José. She is a SHRM Certified Professional, certified by the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence, and as a lifelong learner, she has completed several graduate-level executive entrepreneurial programs.
