The Innovation in Agriculture and Energy Opportunity Zone Summit was developed to foster collaborations to implement  solutions to address systemic barriers and challenges that impact rural communities, co-located with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), in Opportunity Zones with Envision Centers.
