As the CEO and founder of The H.A.B.I.T.S Group, Zach has built a mission-driven organization that blends innovation, entrepreneurship, and inclusion to uplift distressed communities while addressing critical societal challenges.
With over 25 years of experience in project management, training, and workforce development, Zach’s expertise spans construction management, supply chain solutions, and team leadership. His career has been defined by a commitment to creating impactful programs and partnerships that drive sustainable change.

These programs have achieved a 95% retention rate, a 21% average pay increase, and 100% job placement on government and commercial projects. The beneficiaries of these programs include veterans, individuals with disabilities, women, youth, and judicially impacted individuals—empowering them to build sustainable careers.
Beyond workforce development, Zach envisions creating clean energy jobs, companies, and communities. As an Army veteran who served as an IT Specialist (25 Bravo) in the Texas Army National Guard, Zach brings the same dedication, resilience, and adaptability to his mission as a civilian leader. Dr. Zach Johnson holds a Doctorate of Education from National University and has dedicated his life to educational impact. He recently completed his dissertation titled "Exploring the Lived Professional and Educational Experiences of African Americans in Executive Positions in the Construction Industry," reflecting his commitment to fostering merit-based diversity and inclusion in leadership.
